Dr. Arunaditya Sahay is an Advisor at Gen Next Business Consultants since 2008. He also is the Professor of Strategic Management and Chairman, Center for Entrepreneurship at Management Development Institute (MDI), India where he has worked since January 2002. Previously, he has served as the Chairman and Managing Director of Scooters India Limited from 1996-2002. Scooters India (SIL) is three wheeler manufacturers in India with regional sales offices all over India. He also represents Government of India on Task force in companies like Nuclear Power Corporation Of India, Neyveli Lignite Corporation(lignite mining company) , Power Grid Corporation of India , National Thermal Power Corporation , National Hydro Power Corporation etc He also serves as a Board Member positions at companies such as General at Electric Vehicle Association of India, Precision Tools & Castings (leading supplier of castings, forging, machined components, stampings, fabricated and assembled parts), National Research and Development Corporation, Asia Pacific Institute of Management, All India Council of Technical Education etc. Dr. Sahay has more than 45 years of experience diverse industries such as automotive, for-profit education with having served at director level positions at various institutions in India, nuclear energy, Indian railways.
