Bart Barden is the Founder of Red Zone Digital, a company providing online consultancy services for clients such as Microsoft and Facebook. Mr. Barden is also the Senior Director of Online Business at Popcap Games, a video game developer. He specializes in digital marketing and distribution, social networking, optimizing online spend, and digital distribution. Previously, he was a Group Product Manager at MSN.com, the internet division of Microsoft, responsible for development, planning and strategic analysis; and Senior Consultant at Ernst and Young. He is experienced in trends for ads, social and online marketing including: SEM and paid-search (Google/Yahoo/BING) Ad Networks, video ads, monetizing social network applications and marketing spend (Facebook and Twitter) and analytics platforms (Omniture and Kontagent). Although mobile device usage is growing, the % of advertising dollars being spent on mobile is not proportional to the growth.  Several smaller companies are trying to position themselves to bridge the gap.
