Chris Hare is a General Manager, Head of Industry Collaboration at Sony Ericsson establishing and navigating new technologies, ventures, universities and long term customer dialogue. Previously, he was Head of Supplier Technology Incubation. Prior to that, he was Head of Sourcing for the Central Business Unit (Sweden, US, India and Japan design Units). Mr. Hare has over 20 years of experience in wireless industry. He is also experienced in international sales, engineering, marketing, management and development. He was the President of Digit Wireless, a company providing mobile IP; Founder of nTete, a technology licensing company; and divisional head at TRW/Lucas. His expertise includes wireless services e.g. elmech, touch, projects, and trends. He has been the Board member NCTA, North Carolina Technology Association, fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, member of IEEE and a member of the Advisory Committee of the Congressional Internet Caucus in Washington DC. He has worked closely with LG, Samsung, Lucas/TRW, Ericsson, Nokia, Motorola, HP, and IBM. (This is me - Update Profile)

Nokia communicators reviewed in the US is important, we've missed the point for a while here, so coverage is cool. Seeding the enterprise driven smartphone market with a real device that bridges submini notebooks and high end phones is an important door opener/wedge to get business ready to support phones in a better way. ID isnt everything. Its not a consumer device - clearly, but you dont use this to look good.
