Jeffrey L. Turner is a Senior Partner at Patton Boggs LLP in Washington, DC, where he is the Co-Chair of the firm's Public Policy Department and Administrative and Regulatory Departments, Chair of its Energy Practice Group, and Chairman of the firm's Technology Committee. His practice focuses on public policy issues, including climate change and energy legislation, technology policy, and sanctions policy. He is the lead partner in representing, among other companies and entities, the major oil companies that make up the Ad Hoc Deep Water Exploration and Production Coalition and the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.
