Martin Alpert is Vice President, Environmental Claims at Hinz Claim Management in Chicago, Illinois and a litigation consultant at his own firm. He focuses on analyzing APH, Mass Tort, M & A's, Emerging Regulations & Class Actions, involving fortune 500 & over 2,500 select companies. He worked at Cambridge Integrated as an International Claim Director & was Claim Director for GE Reinsurance, resolving emerging industry issues in the U.S & abroad: asbestos, lead paint, pollution, energy, drug exposure, mass tort & construction. Mr. Alpert has over 27 years experience in Trials, corporate governance, healthcare, ADR & the insurance-reinsurance industry. He is a member of ATLA, ITLA, IADC, ISBA, DRI, the CPCU Society & was involved in the National Forum for Environmental & Toxic Tort Issues. Prior to GE, he lectured for NBI & presented seminars on trial evidence, strategy & discovery procedures.
