As the regional VP of Consulting for Frost & Sullivan’s Healthcare Practice, Nitin Naik is responsible for the overall Asia Pacific region’s healthcare business. In addition to managing all aspects of the business, he often takes the role of project director on select custom consulting projects. Before becoming the VP of Consulting at F&S, Nitin held various market planning positions with several leading medical companies in Asia. Nitin’s expertise includes research design, feasibility analysis, competitive benchmarking and “futures” strategy roadmap development. Mr. Naik has advised several fortune 500 companies in this industry including Japanese companies on their growth strategies and expansion beyond Japan.
