The independant body in charge of monitoring the implementation of the legal instruments and the soft law in the field of the fight against corruption underlined the good apprehension of the phenomena by the main French companies.

Those companies have to settle various internal mechanisms to be more transparent and to make it public in their annual publications.

The public authorities will encourage the Boards of the companies and their representatives to impulse this willingness in the management.

The public authorities will help and support the national companies on the international market in order to respect the legal obligations without jeopardizing their advantages towards their concurrents.
