Summary
Tarmo states that one of the USP's for the INQ phone is the ability to Tweet from an APP on the INQ phone, using it's 3G internet capability. Fring (see www.fring.com) have been offering this for symbian OS handsets for some time.
Since there is really nothing new to the market here which other handsets cannot already do, the success of this handset depends entirely on the marketing approach used.
Fly or Flop? I doubt the savvy Singaporeans will be easily fooled, my money goes with flop.

The price of the device might be a factor - however unlike Finland, Singapore is rather similar to the UK in that the operators including Singtel are using subsidies and contracts. The buyer might never know the actual price, so the only benficiary is Singtel if they can sell a less expensive model for the same contract price.
The Asian hand-phone market can also be very fickle, with fashion and fad skewing the odds of cost and quality being the winner.
Fly or Flop? I doubt the savvy Singaporeans will be easily fooled, my money goes with flop this time around.
