Summary

Last week it was announced that Nokia has brought a patent infringement case against Apple's Iphone.  The infringement case features 10 causes for action including 3G access for the popular Iphones.  There has been speculation that
the cost to settle the case could be $10-12 per Iphone sold.  The question here could the slowdown in talks with Verizon be resultant from this action.  Is Verizon evaluating the situation to determine what if any collateral damage results from this action?
