A new storm is brewing in the traditional battle between cable operators and programmers, the winds of which are coming out proceedings at the FCC. While there is much speculation on how the case will ultimately be resolved, one thing is for sure; the "battle of the titans" between Comcast and the NFL raises questions as to whether new networks are entitled to carriage on cable networks, and what is "fair market value" for a cable network negotiating for carriage on a cable system. In the end, is it really a "fair market" for cable programming?

Nintendo is a 120-year old company that has focused almost exclusively on games and gameplay.
